We’re always looking for highly motivated, hard-working candidates to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis (5 days per week for 1 year minimum). Working at Rémi’s Patch involves varied, physically intensive farm and market work outdoors in all weather. The role offers hands-on training, skills-development, responsibility and experience in running a successful market garden. 70% of the time is dedicated to harvest, where teamwork, speed and efficiency are key (must be capable of repetitive work at a fast rhythm), demonstrating resilience, performance under time pressure and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
• a good level of English
• self-initiative, autonomy, team-working skills and a professional attitude
• manual driver’s license, able to drive with a trailer
• willing to learn to drive a tractor
• prior farm work experience
• sales/customer service experience

Every year from the end of January into February at Remi’s patch, the green of the ripened fruit finally begins to turn red.
We eagerly await the color change, but...yes, the mice eat them
